Chocolate Marshmallow and New Video Post on My Youtube Channel

Hi! How great your day today? It’s freeday *ups* I mean friday haha. I got a lot of trouble lately. Those trouble enough to make me become err.. much like a zombie at home. I ate some smaller portion than usual and spent some more day with sleeping or daydreaming. Okay, forget it. Back to topic. Yesterday night my boy told me if he want to go to my house. It was about 10pm in the evening. I was so happy, run and grabbed a package of marshmallow, a box of dark chocolate, and one pack of topping. I read how to make it from the comic “Hai Miiko!”. It looks so pretty and made me wanna try to make some too. Then I cooked it that (almost) midnight and left it for a night then put those sweeties in a cute box with some ornaments to make them become more special. This evening he came to my house and I give him the Marshmallow Chocolate. He said, “Actually I don’t like chocolate..” *WHATT!! I’m surprised* but he continued saying, “But It’s okay”. And can you imagine, he end up finishing those box of sweets all together today! I know right after he said if he wanna go to dentist *lol* is it because of my chocolate? hahaha, he is fun! :*Here are some pictures about the chocolate. Bernardi Factory Shop (REVIEW)

I’ve been thinking for almost a month to decide about the next Robotic Olympiad that will be held in Surabaya around next September. Actually I should go practicing in the usually place since the beginning of this month. But I was waiting for the announcement of my national exam the last Friday. I just started to practice in Robokidz (my usually place to practice robotic and sometimes I were helping there also as a coach). Actually (because -they said- I’m a maniac) I should go there today. But a few minutes before I took my motorcycle key, my brother called me and asked me to join him going to Bernardi. Because I’ve never went there yet, so I changed all my whole plan to practicing and seems didn’t wanna lost this chance. haha! Bernardi is one of the famous factory shop that you often hear about their frozen product. They established in 1980 which began to work in the province of East Java.

For the drink I tried this kind of green tea. Actually when I ordered this I was thinking it should be served in a cup like a cappuccino or other kind like that, but I got misunderstood of this one. But it’s okay, this one taste not bad too.

This factory shop is clean enough.
They have two toilets besides the factory shop (I mean outside) that is not too dirty.
Their foods and drinks are very cheap. (I love it! hahaha)
They serve kindly. All the waitress are so friendly.

Pok Pok | My Crispy Snack (REVIEW)

Before I write a new post, let me say ‘Happy Graduation, Guys!’ Congratulation for you who have been graduated from high school (me too!! lol). So for the next day and for the next three years I’ll be a colleger. Some asked me where will I go for my college. Here I’ll tell you that I’m going to Sekolah Tinggi Tekhnik Surabaya or known as iSTTS or STTS.
Okay, today I’d like to review about something crispy. Yuummm!

It’s located outside the East Cost Center (ECC) building. Among a lot of food and drink boothes. About its decor and others, I saw this booth from quite far but I can directly found it because of it’s lighting (I think you’d also can find it easily). I love it’s decoration actually its booth design and about the chicken hahaha.

The prices is very affordable! Around IDR 10k – 19k only. I chose to buy ‘Crispy Chicken’ because I thought if the meat also contained in it. But when I got my order, I consider if it was only the skin! 😦 Okay, assume that it was a little misunderstanding. I tried to use black papper and curry seasoning on it, but when I started to chew it.. The flavor seems less mixed. I only tasted the black papper seasoning on some pieces and the curry on the other pieces.. (Maybe you can use a bowl or something to help mixing the seasoning. So that the seasoning would be mixed well).

When I looked around and heard the other buyers mostly order the ‘Chrispy Dori’. It made from a Dori fish. Okay, I’ll back here again soon and try the Dori ones hahaha.

The last, about its portion. I think for that kind of price range, the portion was quite too much. But it’s okay for us (buyers), right? hahaha. Because I bought it in the evening, and I think I can just eat that without eating anything more for dinner. After all, It’s recommended. (y)

Mother’s Day (Universal), Bread Making

Hi! Today I’m about to post about what my mum made a few days ago (I’ve uploaded the picture on my Instagram). At the past, all the old generation of human only ate raw wheat. Then they smashed them and give some water on it in order to make them become soft. They keep eating soft-raw wheat until there come an age when they finally know how to burn food. They burn that soft-raw wheat and the process to cultivate a wheat, continuously developed until now. Here I have a little bit pictures about some very cute bread that my mum made few days ago.

Ti Kwe / Kue Keranjang / Kue Ranjang (‘What I Ate Today’ – Part III / Last Part)

Hi, this is my last post (read : spam, lol) today. So in this last part, I’ll share about my favorite Chinese cake. Indonesian people often called it ‘Kue Keranjang’ or some others called it with ‘Kue Ranjang’. But as I’m a Hokkian, so my family and I called this sweet cake with ‘Ti Kwe’. Its name taken from how it be shaped using basket or keranjang. Made from glutinous rice flour and sugar. This typical cake that became must in Lunar New Year or other Chinese Celebration, have a physical form as a chewy and sticky cake. You can both steam and sprinkle it with grated coconut or you can cover it with egg and fried it in heat vegetable oil. I haven’t tried to eat it with grated coconut considering I don’t like coconut, so I just fried it with egg in the medium heat  of vegetable oil.

Roti Prata or Roti Canai (RECIPE)

Hi! Today I’m not going to write about a review of some places but I will write about ‘What I am Making This Day’. So today I am trying to make a new recipe that I got from youtube. It’s Roti Prata and Roti Canai. Roti Prata and Roti Canai, is very popular in Malaysia and India. This think-looking bread is so easy to make and very delicious to taste. Here I’ll give you the recipe that I used to make the dough of Roti Prata or Roti Canai that I mean in this post. (I will also upload some pictures about today. Keep scrolling, guys! ;))
Roti Prata or Roti Canai Recipe
Ingredients :
1/2 tsp of Sugar
1/2 tsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 cup of Plain Flour
1/4 cup of Milk
1/4 cup of Water
(you can change the each value of all ingredients with the right ratio!)
How to make :
  1. Mix all the ingredients (you will need to use your naked hand to help mixture all ingredients in this first step).
  2. Then take your mixer and your dough hook attachment then knead it until the dough become smooth and elastic.
  3. Cut it into small pieces like little ball, then make sure if all the small dough slightly oiled all around with the vegetable oil so that they won’t be stick to one each other.
  4. Next, oil your hands and your work cutting board (you can use your table for doing this).
  5. Start flattening it with your hands, or you can use the swinging trick like what the Prata makers used. Flattening them until the dough become reall thin, closely to translucent. Don’t worry about the holes in it. Because it wouldn’t matter if you fry it. You can shape it just like a thin circular plate or you can fold it like how you fold a paper.
  6. Fry it on a pan about 3-4 minutes in a medium heat (if you’re using high heat, you must frying it as fast as you can so it wouldn’t be burned!)
  7. Put your Roti Prata on a plate and you can serve it with curry sausage like what I did. Enjoy! 🙂

Bless Bakery (REVIEW)

It’s rainy day recently.. :'(( Yesterday is the day to commemorate my grandfather’s death. We’re so busy to prepare the dishes. In the morning, mum asked me to accompany her, to go to the market buying some fruits and some cakes. At first, we were going to Superindo to buy some fruits then I asked her to try the new bakery in Superindo (1st floor). The name of the bakery is Bless Bakery. New Cute Outfit! Momo is There Also (ノ´ヮ´)ノ*:・゚✧

Today I went to my mum friend’s house then she drove me to PTC. We arrived there about 11 AM. There I feel.. weird ∑(O_O;) (?) because there was so soo sooo empty! Only about 8 person who walk in the same floor with me *excluded the shop keeper*. What?! ⁀⊙﹏☉⁀ I’m not escape from my school, dude. I’m enjoy my holiday seasons :3 I mean, I just finished doing my final exam (final torment) last week. So.. Start from last week I started my new life (read : heavenly life) haha! o(≧▽≦)o Actually I want to go to Royal Plaza, trying new food there which also holding an event, but I think it would be better going to PTC first this day because it was toooo hard to ask mum to go somewhere far like that (I live at Rungkut, while PTC is on Jl. Puncak Indah Lontar).
My first destination there was to buy harness (such pet stuff to bring our pet on walk) but I didn’t get one *which took my heart actually hahaha*. Then mum and I were walking around on the same floor then stopped by in front of an outfit shop known as O2. When I was doing my first step there.. I found a cute blouse with spandex material. See?

God! How cute they are. I can’t stop smiling when I saw my Momo (my puppy) figured there!! ヽ( ★ω★)ノ Look at these, here are the details of that spandex blouse.

I’m not only buy a blouse, I also buy a new black legging for my collection. I’ll match it with my new skirt..oups! I haven’t posted about new skirt and shirt that I bought at Pasar Atum yet, right? I’m sorry about it 。・゚゚・(>д<)・゚゚・。 There I'll post my new outfit I buy there. 
New skirt!! Actually, when I was buying it, I felt so happy because finally I got a tartan skirt for my collection *although I rarely using skirt as my ootd hehe*. But when I arrived home and trying this new skirt, my granny said if this skirt was too short and she doesn’t feel comfortable when I wear it because it could harm myself *unless I wear jeans or other long pants, she said*. I was so sad that time, but mum said if it’s okay, as long as I can pretend my self safe and know where I am. *Thank you mum!* Soooo, I bout a new legging so that I can still wear this adorable skirt as I want hihi

I also buy this cute shirt. The shop keeper said if I can wear this with my new skirt. But I don’t think so o_O

See? It has imitation gems on its collar. I love this details, because I love sparkling stuffs!

My new watch! Actually I want to buy a clay watch which is trending now. But I haven’t found the place I believe which sells watches with the nice quality as well. So I feel a little bit dear to buy..

Hi (again)! In this sunny day, My friend and I decided to refresh our mind after the Final Exam in few days ago. This day, we went to cinema, to watch the new released movie named ‘Penguins of Madagascar’. By this post I’ve also included the summary and some review from me about the movie. Check it out!

How to make “Onigiri” ???
This is the procedure to making “Onigiri”
Ingredients: 
  1. Rice
  2. Salt
  3. Stuffing (Chicken meat, pork, tuna meat)
  4. *Nori (Seaweed)

Step:

  1. Cooking rice (the rice must use Japanese Rice to make it fused)
  2. After mature, wait for a while and mix with salt, then clench it.
  3. Clench the rice
  4. Make a holes in the rice. put the stuffing in, then clench again.
  5. The last, wrap it with *nori (Seaweed)
